Residential Life Coordinator

The University of Texas at Dallas is looking to fill a live-in Residential Life Coordinator position here in Richardson, Texas, just North of Dallas. This position would be great for someone who is ready to take on the next role of Supervising professional staff.  Ideally, a strong candidate could be an individual who has recently completed Graduate school with experience in Residential Life. While the position is Master’s preferred, we welcome all candidates who think they’re a good fit! Preference is given to individuals with Residence Life experience.

Residential Life Coordinator, $42,440 (Master’s preferred):

Job Overview:

• Oversee a single first-year housing facility of 400 students, and indirectly supervise two other 400-resident facilities (1200 students in your “Sub-Area”)
• Supervise 16 student Peer Advisors
• Manage two Professional Staff members who each supervise 16 student Peer Advisors
• Advise a community council made up of residents within 3 buildings in your sub-area
• Support, lead, and cheer-on your team to build a successful first-year residential experience
• Serve in a 6-person on call rotation for the first-year area
• This position reports to an Assistant Director for University Housing
