Assistant Residential Life Coordinator

The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking to fill TWO openings for our Assistant Residential Life Coordinator position. This is a full-time professional position that shares responsibility with other full-time staff members for leadership and direction to a comprehensive student development program for on-campus apartments and five residence halls housing approximately 5,500 students. We have 1 opening in our Freshman Area that oversees 16 Peer Advisors and 400 Residents, and 1 opening in our Upperclassmen Modern Apartments area that oversees 8 Peer Advisors and 400 residents. The purpose of this position is to provide additional supervision and oversight for our residential students through development and programmatic efforts. This position is a permanent, full-time, live-on, non-exempt position that reports to a Residential Life Coordinator.

This position will also have work responsibilities that will occur outside normal business hours.
